This article explains what to do with Tax Invoices once they are scanned into dropbox:

Depending on the company you will need to do a few different things with the invoices.

• Any invoice stamped with a ‘Temperature’ stamp needs to be filed in the 2nd draw of the file cabinet under Food Safety (these are kept for Health Inspections)
• Any invoices with handwritten notes recorded on them need to be followed up and actioned

Rum City Milk:

• The delivery dockets just need to be checked for ‘Notes’, if there aren’t any they can go straight into the shredding
• The delivery dockets DO NOT need to be scanned
• Find the Statement in the [email protected] inbox
• At the bottom of the statement it will record
