Cleaning Salad Bar Cutting Board At End Of Day

This article explains how to clean the White Cutting Board from the Salad Bar:

  • Remove the board and place over clean sink and dishwasher
  • Spray with Clean Kill and leave it sit for 3-5 mins or until clean (wipe the stainless bench with Stainless Steel Cleaner)
  • Rinse off with fresh clean water
  • Wipe dry with clean blue cloth
  • Replace to Salad Bar and leave ajar so it can air underneath
