How we do it

• Ensure all utensils are removed from containers
• Ensure all containers have the correct lids (cheese must be glad wrapped or in a sealable container)
• Turn off Sandwich Press
• Wipe down White Cutting Board and Stainless pass and bench to the left
• Condense the bread down into full packets eg if there are two loaves of grain, throw away the crust and place all bread in one packet
• Place all bread including raisin loaf into the sandwich display fridge

Summary

Ensure everything is covered, wiped down and put away.
