What is it?

This system demonstrates how to turn on the washing machine to do a load of washing, and how to turn on the dryer.

Why we do it?

We do this task so our rags are clean & ready to use the next day.

Who performs this task?

This task is to be performed by the closing runner

When do we perform this task?

The dirty rags need to be put in the washing machine when closing at the end of each day.  Collect all of the rags from the following locations, dish rooms x 2 and cooling rack at Cook’s Kitchen (arcade register side) also check in the garage area on the stainless bench.

How we do it

Collect all the dirty rags in the cafe and take the bag up to the washing machine.  Put your rags on to wash.  Please watch the video below. Use 1 almost scoop of powder poured on top of cloths, replace scoop to hang on container. Pour one cup vinegar into liquid section on the outer edge of machine.

Take the rag bags back down stairs and place in correct areas.

The next morning the opening runner makes sure the rags have been bought down from upstairs
