This article explains how to effectively clean the Milkshake Syrup Pumps.

• Ensure the correct pump is being used for that brand syrup ie. Edlyn Pump on Edlyn Syrup and Cottees Pump on Cottees Syrup
• Unscrew the pump from the bottle and squirt the remaining syrup back into the bottle.
• Run the pump under very hot water until clean, use a cloth to wipe clean
• Pump CLEAN hot water through the pump until it runs clear
• Pump out excess water
• Wipe over syrup bottle with wet hot cloth and replace pump
• Repeat for each flavour
• Wipe stainless bench under all the syrup bottles
