What we do with our leftovers from the Grab N Go

Why we do it?

To avoid waste and help the community at the same time

Who performs this task?

Task 1/ Grab N Go Person, records the waste on the wastage sheet and removes the leftovers from the Grab N Go Fridge every morning

Task 2/ Closing register person places leftover scones and muffins into the Angles Community Containers and leaves on the bench overnight

When do we perform this task?

Task 1/ Every Morning during Grab N Go Prep

How we do it

Record wastage on the record sheet on the side of the fridge, place leftovers into the kitchen fridge for when Angles Community Group come to collect them at 7am.

Summary

Sue will come every morning now around 7am including the weekends to collect the leftover Sandwiches, Wraps, Rolls, Baguettes, Sushi, Muffins and Scones.
She will provide us with two containers (to rotate) for the leftover scones and muffins. Please place this container on the counter where she can grab it each morning.
