If you need to add points to a customer (perhaps we made a mistake) please follow these instructions:

• Log into http://office.au.loke.global/
• Click Database
• Search for Customer Name and select the checkbox (take note of how many points they currently have)
• Click Adjust Points button
• Type the number of points (remember 500 points is $5, so 100 points is $1 etc.
• Press Add Points (You can double check it worked by confirming their points balance went up by number of points added)

Notify customer their points have been added onto their App and they can redeem as credits to spend.
