Step by step on how to Create an App card. You’ll need CANVA and ALOWISHUS LOKE APP logins to complete this.

1. In Canva on the computer, search for App Card Templates.
2. Add a new page or duplicate another design and create your card art.
3. Download that page as a jpg.
4. Log in to the Alowishus App – LOKE office (https://office.au.loke.global).
5. Decide your audience. Does this card go to everyone or a select group? If a select group, click Database, and then Customer List to see if the group you want exists. If not, you can create lists in the same place. (Smart lists automatically add customers that match your set requirements, fixed are certain people that you manually add). Have your list/audience? Great!
6. Click Promotions Tab
7. To create a New promo, click New Promotion. To edit an existing promo find the card and click the drop-down arrow in the corner, and select edit.

CREATING A NEW Promo:
1. Select promo type (discount code, gift, redeem points etc, info = display text and image, link to website)
2. Name promo – Customer will see this
3. Press Upload File to find the picture you created in Canva.
4. Type text in Content that you want the customer to read
5. If you want to send to only a particular list, tick Limit to customer’s in list and select the list.
In the same way, you can exclude lists from viewing this card under that.
Guests are users who have not yet put their payment details in. For info etc, make this available to guest users.
6. Put in your duration or time frame for the App Card to show up in the app or select run indefinitely if you don’t have an end to this card.
7. Click Review, check details and save.
