IN HOUSE – Weekly Maintenance

To Complete this procedure you must watch both videos:

The procedure in videos 1 & 2 needs to be completed a minimum of ONCE per week or more if necessary.

Flushing The Grease Trap  needs to be completed once a week also.

Professional Outsourced 3 or 6 monthly Servicing

• To meet Council health Standard and pass health inspections the grease traps must be serviced every 6 months
• Gainsite Plumbing & Gas – 4155 2211
• Once the invoice is processed and paid it MUST go into the Food Safety Folder for the Health Inspector when they audit us.
