What is it?

Quickly and easily cleaning floor mats of an afternoon at Kitchen Close.

To ensure good hygiene practises and reduce the risk of pest infestation

When do we perform this task?

Once you are ready to clean the floors in the dish room

How we do it

Peg the mats to the wall as per the picture.  Turn tap on.  Quickly spray mats off as to not use much water.  Turn off tap (expel excess water form hose).  Leave to dry until needed the next morning

Scrub with the dust brush for any ground in dirt
