Ingredients:

• 500g chocolate mousse powder
• 1 litre of COLD water

Method:

1. Add chocolate powder and water to the mix master
2. Use balloon whisk attachment and mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is fully combine.
3. Scrape sides
4. Resume mixing on high speed for another 6 minutes

Packaging:

You will need: 

• Dome plastic pods
• Date label gun
• chocolate mousse
• small chocolate chips

Method: 

1. Using the date gun, label each pod 4 days ahead including that day’s date.
2. Scoop chocolate mousse into pods
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips in the centre of each pod
