Type 1

Our online catering website is done through a third party site could order up.  The URL is [email protected]

These orders are entered by the customer 24/7 and are paid for by the customer at the time of the ordering.

The orders come into the kitchen via the orange order-up device.  An example of the docket is below.

When customers collect these orders or we deliver them, no payment is required.

Type 2

Customers also order through our catering manager and the manager will issue an invoice from our accounting software Xero.  Customers can then pay this via direct deposit (details on the invoice), credit card through the link on the invoice and email or cash in store.  Click here to see what to do with the cash.

A copy of this invoice is below. If the order is on one of these Xero Invoices you aren’t required to get payment from the customer.
