Once per week all teapots, strainers and lids need soaking in a bleach solution to remove the tea stains

You will need the following:

• Bleach Bucket (located top shelf above cafe dishwasher – see picture below)
• Bleach (located upstairs under the clothes line)

Grab the bucket, head upstairs to the bleach.  Using the tap, pour enough bleach into the bucket to cover the bottom.

Head down stairs and 3/4 fill the bucket with water.

Place teapots (2 at a time in solution) along with lids and strainers.

Soak for around 20 minutes and then run the teapots, strainers and lids through the dishwasher.
