To make this Spice Rub, mix the following spices in the empty spice jar:

16    tablespoons           Sweet Paprika

8      tablespoons           Ground Black Pepper

8      tablespoons           Ground Cumin

6      tablespoons           Ground Coriander

6      tablespoons           Ground Cinnamon

4      tablespoon             Ground Cloves

4      teaspoon                Ground Cardamom

4      teaspoon                Ground Ginger

4      teaspoon                Ground Nutmeg

Place lid on jar and shake well until all spices are blended.
