Amending the invoice to bill Alowishus Delicious Bundaberg instead of Intrepid Pipeline Pty Ltd
Why we do it?
We sell cakes and gelato via the Flex catering website which is owned by Intrepid. However Alowishus Delicious buy and produce the Cakes and Gelato
Who performs this task?

When do we perform this task?
Anytime an invoice for Gelato or Cake ordered by an internal customer is imported into the Intrepid Pipeline Xero File.
Login details or access codes
You need access to Xero – Intrepid and the company the invoice is for.
How we do it
- Open Intrepid Xero File
- Click on ‘AWAITING PAYMENT’
- Click on the invoice you want to send
- Click on ‘SEND’ via the xero network
- Void the invoice
- Go to the Xero file you sent the invoice to
- Click on Draft Bills
- Open the invoice
- Deete the ‘FROM’ section and then TYPE in Alowishus Delicious
- Adjust the reference, keep the invoice number and type in Cakes or Gelato or Coffee etc
