This article will show you how to package ‘The Classic’s’ Pods for the Grab & Go fridge.

NOTE:  Do not put out any new products from a new batch before all the old ones have sold out in the Grab & Go fridge.

What you will need:

• Date Gun
• Medium plastic pods (w/ A stickers)
• Mesculin lettuce leaves
• Quiche, lasagne or vegetable pie

*See your prep run sheet for how many of each to put into the fridge.

1. Set the date gun 5 days ahead from the date that the product was made including that days date.
2. Place the date sticker on the bottom of the pod
3. Place a leaf of lettuce in each pod
4. Put one slice of each product into the pod.
5. Place into the fridge.
