Bulk Instructions: (click here for 1/2 batch)

What you will need:

• Liptons/Bushells Tea Bags x 30
• White sugar
• Ice tea designated mayo bucket’

What to do:

Step 1:

• Put 30 tea bags into the large mayo bucket (take the tags off each bag first)
• Use the kettle to boil water and fill the bucket up to the mark
• Leave tea to brew until cool (or 3 hours)

  Step 2:

• Wait for the tea to cool
• Fill small jug with 1000mls of boiling water
• Add 1000 gr of white sugar
• Stir until dissolved
• Add to tea mixture & stir well

Step 3:

• Decent into 5 liter iced tea bottles (makes 3.5 Bottles) (as the tea bags come out chuck them into the bin)
• Wipe down the bottles and the bench and clean up any mess
• Place in fridge

Cupping up for Customer Fridge:

• Fill MAR bottles with tea and lid
• Place into fridge
• NB: Be sure to place all the new bottles of Iced Tea to the back of the fridge and bring forward any existing bottles to the front

Empty Bottles?

• Rinse inside and outside of empty bottle thoroughly, leave lid off to air dry. (It will go mouldy if you do not leave the lid off)
