This article explains how to display Gelato of a morning
- Wipe out gelato cabinet, and ensure no melted gelato is at the bottom of the presentation cabinet or around the outside before the gelato is palced into the display
- As the gelato is very solid after coming out of the storage freezer, the display cabinet should be switched on after the Gelato has been placed in
- When placing the Gelato, double check that there are no bits of another flavour contaminating the wrong tub
- When setting up in the morning, place the fuller Gelato Containers in the front row and the half full ones up the back
- Redo the decorations if need be
- Be sure that all the correct Name Labels are in the correct spots
- Fill scoop holders with water
