Every phone call should be answered, ideally between the third and the fourth ring, but definitely before the fifth.

To keep things consistent, please follow this script when answering phone calls:

You: “Thank you for calling Alowishus, this is NAME.”

Customer: “Hi, this is CUSTOMER NAME”

You: “Hello CUSTOMER NAME, how can I help you today

At the end of every call, make sure to thank the customer for calling, no matter what the call was about:

You: “Thank you for your call, CUSTOMER NAME. Have a great day.”
