- Fruit Bar Fridge : Take out the shelves and wipe out.
- Bins: Wipe over inside and out of cafe, gelato/ fruit bin & kitchen white bins with warm water and disinfectant. Use an old blue chux and throw away when finished. Use food prep gloves if you wish.
- Jiff Customer tables: Using jiff wipe off any coffee stains off all tables, spray a small amount of bleach if needed for tough stains. Remember to use a fresh cloth to wipe the table afterwards.
- Kitchen Glass Door Fridge: Pull out all product and grate from bottom shelf, wipe out and put all stock back so it can be easily accessed.
- Step Ladders: Wipe over cafe & Kitchen step ladders with old blue chux & hot soapy water and throw away when finished.
- Sweep & Mop Behind Juicer Chest Freezer: Pull out the freezer and sweep and mop behind it, also wipe the sides of the freezer and the wall behind it,
- Stair Walls: Clean white walls next to both sets of stairs with hot soapy water and sponge.
- Jiff Sinks: Use Jiff and sponge to clean all sinks in the cafe.
- Bleach Crockery & Glassware: Fill a container with hot water and a small amount of bleach & soak any classes or coffee cups in it. Rinse and wash through the dishwasher after.
- Coffee stations shelves: Take off all items and wipe these shelves
- Make Ice Tea or Lemonade: Follow the instructions in ASK to make bulk Ice tea.
- Gelato Milk Fridge: When this fridge doesn’t have too much stock in it, use trifecta to wipe the bottom & back of this fridge.
- Dining Room Lounges: Move all dining room lounges (upstairs too) & sweep & mop under them.
- Wipeout Cake Fridge: Wipe out the fridge at the back of the cafe with the 3 doors that the cakes & slices are stored in.
- Refill Chemical Spray Bottles: (See Article)
- Clean Arcade Toilet: Empty both bins, Wipe over sink using old chux (chuck cloth when finished) sweep & mop, make sure paper towel and toilet paper dispensers are full.
- Sticker Plastic Containers & Bottles: Using the round A stickers put stickers on square bottles, salad bowls & parfait bowls.
