Use Gift It to create a Promotion Voucher – instructions below
- Log into Gift It
- Click on Promotions (in left hand menu)
- Click Create (top right corner)
- Complete the fields
- Promo Name – Create a Name for your Promotion
- Max Qty – this is the number of voucher you wish to give a way (sometimes we donate 5 x $10 voucher for instance, you only need to create one promo, but the organisation can print 5 PDF’s for prizes and 5 people can scan the QR and redeem the vouchers)
- Start and End Dates – these dates are when you wish the recipicant to be able to physical redeem the vouchers between
- Voucher Expiry – this will apply from when the voucher is physcially redeemed by the recipicant (the 3 year voucher expiry rules don’t apply to donated vouchers)
- Amount – $ amount to wish each voucher to be for
- Can redeem in all venues (switch this on)
- Voucher Subject – This will come through on the recepicants email – it may say something like ‘Congratulations on Winning”
- Message – This will come through on the recepicants email – it may say something like ‘Thank you for supporting ……………’ Or Here at Alowishus we love supporting local etc
- You can upload a special image, or the company logo if you wish – It needs to be JPG 800×600 (if you need to resize use Canva File named: Gift-It Promo Logo ‘Hero Image’ 800×600 Save as JPG) – https://www.canva.com/design/DAFbubRqA_s/JkyIyEWV79t74bXH1B-OZg/edit
- Save Changes
Copy and paste the URL into a FREE QR Code Generator https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/
Take a screen shot of the QR Code and uplaod to Canva, paste into this document, and adjust your voucher amount

Download the A4 Document as a PDF for Printing and email to the organisation requesting the voucher.

Hello Renee
Please find attached A4 Sheet to print and give to prize winners/volunteers. It contains QR codes and instructions to claim their voucher, thank you for inviting us to partner with you.
