- Any emails that come in requesting a donation for an event, please create a $10 complimentary voucher. Record the number beginning with a C and email the store manager (below).
- Email Script to send to organisation and cc in store manager:
- Thank you for your email, Alowishus Delicious loves supporting local organisations when and where we can. We can provide you with a $10 complimentary voucher to use as a prize at your event. I have cc’d in our Store Manager, <insert name>, and he/she will arrange for you to collect voucher #C***** from the store. Please show them this email when collecting the voucher. Best wishes with your event, we would love if you can give us a shout out at the event or on social media. Kind regards, Jessica

- Log in to Gift It (use your own login)
- Click Vouchers left hand menu
- Click Create green button top right
- Select Complimentary right hand side, and Check Alowishus Delicious and Alowishus Delicious – Hospital
- Complete the following fields:
- First name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Value
- Message – Copy and paste the appropriate script from below – feel free to modify if required
- Click Send blue button top right
