Set Up

• Always put canopy up unless requested not to by the event organiser
• Always ensure the white display light is switched on (access via the small door to right hand side near the handle – see photograph below)
• You can also monitor the cart tempature here as well.

Cleaning up after an event

• While on site, empty the fresh and waste water containers – DO NOT travel with water in them
• Rinse the Waste Water containers thoroughly – replace both containers in cart
• Remove the acrylic door to travel
• Neatly Fold the canopy cover and place in black Wheel & Barrow Bag inside candy striped bag in trailer (don’t put anything else in the black bag)

Canopy

• two poles (housed in trailer, left hand side at the front standing up)
• roof frame (house on side of the trailer, connected with tie downs)
• canopy cover (must be kept cleaned and stored in black Wheel & Barrow Bag inside candy striped bag in trailer
• canopy must always be put on the cart for every event, unless the hirer requests otherwise

Cart

• must be winched into the trailer so the cable is attached tight
• tie downs must be connected onto the cart and secured to the floor to keep cart in place during transit
• ensure jockey wheel brake is ON when travelling, and is OFF before you remove it from the cart
• you must release the winch cable (on winch motor) prior to removing the cart from the trailer
• acrylic door must not travel in place – it MUST be removed, unless you are travel with gelato in the cart, in which case it MUST be taped secured in place with 100 mil an hour tape

Trailer

• trailer must have lock on door in place and trailer lock on the tow ball point when being stored at Alowishus

Striped Bag in Trailer

• houses the black bag with the canopy cover (don’t put anything else in the black bag)
• the long black winch remote
• the electric tyre pump
• a spare extension lead (be sure to roll up neatly after use)

Plastic Box (Green Lid)

• do not keep opened napkins, cups, spoons etc, please return all unused stock to the gelato cabinet for in store use
• make sure the scoops are washed through the dishwasher and returned to the box
• give the box a tidy up and ensure float and money is stored away securely
