This is for NUTRI FASTER MODEL 

Juicer stays on until 8pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday.  All other days it stay on the same hours as the cafe is open.

CLOSING PROCEDURE:

• NEVER USE STEEL WOOL OR SCRATCH PADS ON ANY PART OF THE JUICER
• NEVER PLACE ANY PARTS OF THE JUICER IN THE DISHWASHER
• Disassemble the juicer.
• Take to the sink and clean off the following with the hot hose:  The filter basket, the blade, the bowl and the nut.
• Place in the *bucket for overnight soaking – First the blade, then filter basket, then the nut.  After this place the bowl on top so the spout is submerged in the solution.  Leave on kitchen sink over night.
• Clean the shoot and the lid with the hot hose only (DO NOT PLACE ANY PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER)
• Wipe over and around the entire juicer to ensure all stickiness is gone
• Clean the rest of the juicing station
• Return the Shoot and Lid to the bench for the morning team to reassemble

OPENING PROCEDURE:

• Remove parts from bucket and place in the sink
• Wash off thoroughly with the hot hose (DO NOT PLACE ANY PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER)
• Replace the lid on the bucket and store away.
• On Mondays empty the solution down the sink and make up again (see instructions below)

*Bucket Mixture

• Add 4 scoops of Juicer Cleaning powder to the bucket
• Fill bucket with hot water to the fill line (8 litres)
• Stir well
• Replace the lid & store away
