You can run a report in LOKE to see the break down of the ‘types’ of orders

394  order/service – ordering to a reference point (order from table, order from room, etc)
595  pos/check in – check-in style charge made from the POS
1787 order/pickup – simple order, typically takeaway or collect from bar type order
app/item – purchase of an item through loyalty system
