1. Dice short cut bacon (1×1 cm dices)
   
2. Place bacon onto a perforated tray, then place the perforated tray onto a deep bain- marie tray to catch the fat.
      
3. Cook in oven at 180 degrees, stirring every 10 mins until brown (30-40 mins) 3-4 stirs.
