House Made Iced Latte

What you will need to make 12 bottles:

• 2 x 2 Litres Full Cream Milk (use the milk with the longest date on it, that is the newest milk we have received)
• Coffee Shots
• 12 x 350ml plastic bottles & lids (make sure they are labelled first)
• Date Stamp Gun
• 5-litre Jug & whisk for stirring

How to make:

• Mix together 3.8 litres of milk and 12 large T/A size coffee shots
• Stir well with whisk
• Decant into labelled bottles
• Put lid on and turn very gently until you hear the lid click
• Use the date stamp gun and label with the same expiry date as the milk you used (place date sticker on opposite side to branding sticker)
• Put in customer drink fridge: BE SURE TO ROTATE OLD STOCK TO FRONT
