Run a report in Lightspeed report to find out how many vouchers have been donated:

• Log into Lightspeed
• Click on REPORTS on the left hand menu
• Click Sales By
• On the right hand side of the screen you will see the words ‘Past 7 Days’
• Click on the drop down box and choose the dates to and from you wish to see (the whole of previous month)
• In the ‘report tags’, type in payitforward
• Click Filter
• It will tell you the quantity in the first column, then you can filter by store to see the Bundy/Hospital breakdown

Creating the FB Post

• Log into canva.com
• Open the ‘Pay It Forward’ post
• Edit the number of vouchers and download the file

Email organisations to advise them the vouchers are ready to collect (see example email below)

Update August 5, 2026:

Starting September 2026, all vouchers will go only to the Restoration Centre email at [email protected]

For online purchased PIF vouchers, we need to identify if it will be for Bundaberg or Maryborough depending on the location of the customer who donated. Search via the internet where the post code belongs to.
