Selling a Pay It Forward Sandwich:

• Customers can Pay Forward a Sandwich or Toastie for $4.
• You will find this in Lightspeed under the RETAIL Category.  Simply select the ‘Pay it Forward’ button and $4 will be added to the customer’s bill.  Let the customer know that the voucher will be supplied to Impact Community Services to take out on their Street Outreach.
• You need do nothing else.

Redeeming a Pay it Forward Voucher:

• When one of these are brought in you process the sandwich order as usual and apply the ‘pay it forward’ discount to the item.
• WE DO NOT GIVE OUT THE VOUCHERS IN STORE
• CLIENTS MUST HAVE A VOUCHER TO REDEEM
• You can refer clients to Impact Community Services if they need a voucher
