- Remove all containers and rails from the top of the salad bar
- Wipe interior of the salad bar, including the rails
- Replace all rails and containers
- Remove all cutlery and then lid all containers (if container is too full, use glad wrap)
- Glad Wrap the cheese and any avocado
- Wipe doors and lid of salad bar with the stainless steel cleaner
- Clean & Bleach White Cutting Board
