What is it?
On a weekly basis all spray bottles in the cafe need to be refilled at the same time.
Why we do it?
We do this to ensure smooth operations in daily trading when clearing tables & completing cleaning jobs.

The Runner performs this tasks
When do we perform this task?
This Task can be completed during the week in a quiet period, occasionally done on a Thursday as weekly checklist guides you to.
How we do it
Trifecta – Anti Bacterial Cleaner
- We have 4 bottles of Trifecta (empty all of them into the other before refilling the empty ones)
- Make up as per picture below: Trifecta to the bottom ridge of the bottle and fill with water.
- NOTE: Trifecta is kept in cleaning closet
Window/Glass Cleaner
- We have 2 bottles of Glass Cleaner
- Make up as per picture below: Metho 1/4 to the top of the bottle and fill with water.
- Note: Metho is kept in cleaning closet
Stainless Steal Cleaner
- There are 2 bottles of stainless cleaner, start by emptying all the bottles into one, replace lid and put aside
- Make up as per picture below: vinegar to the bottom ridge and metho 2 finger spaces up and fill with water
- NOTE: metho & vinegar are kept in cleaning closet
