At the beginning of each calendar month we announce Team Member of the Month for the previous month.

(i.e. January’s Team Member will be announced in the first week of February.)

Any team member can nominate one or more team members throughout the month when they noticed outstanding actions or commitment that demonstrate our Core Values of Consistancy, Innovation, Growth and Atttitude.

Nominations can be made by clicking the link on the home page of ASK or at alowishus.com.au/vote

All nominations are saved into Google Drive.

Here are the steps to choose and award Team Member of the Month

1. Jessica will post a reminder to vote on Deputy three days before the end of the month
2. Review the votes by clicking on the appropriate store above.
3. Consider our Core Values and who should be awarded. Nominations should be based around how the team member has demostrated these values.
4. Email Jessica at [email protected] with the winners name
   1. Jessica please prepare the certificate
   2. You can access the template in Canva https://www.canva.com/design/DAB–xS9SoU/cI-tOQ47xyXNwCYo6hRnJA/edit
   3. Simply update the team members name
   4. Download the certificate as a PDF
   5. Email it back to the Team Leader
5. Certificates need to be signed and dated by the team leader.
6. Where possible present to the winner with other team members around.
7. Grab a photo of the Team Member with their certificate, preferably in uniform and in the store.
8. Share the photo with Jessica
9. Jessica will do the following tasks:
   1. Post to deputy and to let the entire team know
   2. Post to our Facebook Pages
