Table Animals STOP BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES!!!

• When you take food or drink to a table ALWAYS ask the customer if they are waiting on anything else
• If they are, leave the ANIMAL at their table
• If they aren’t waiting for anything else – TAKE the ANIMAL with you back to your work station
• The animals live beside the pie warmer
• If you see an ANIMAL sitting at a table for longer than 5 minutes ALWAYS go and ask the customer if they are waiting on something
• If they are waiting for something, be sure to follow this through and make sure it is being prepared.  Keep in touch with the customer and let them know what is happening

To add a cool and unique touch to Alowishus we have chosen to avoid giving people numbers and instead purchase and modify Schleich Animal Figures.  These figures are not cheap and range in cost from $10 to around $18.  When you add the stand and the time it takes for Michael to assemble them, this makes for rather expensive table numbers.  In the past we have had several of our Animal Crew kidnapped, never to return to Alowishus.  This is very upsetting for all involved and leads to downtime in the business as Staff grieve and come to terms with the loss of a fellow crew member.  Following the above steps stops this happening also.
