When choosing their flavours, customers can choose as many flavours up to the number of scoops they purchased.
- Always make sure to dig from the back of the tins rather than the front, this will make it easier to back up at the end of the day
- Be sure to keep the gelato cabinet clean throughout the day, making sure flavours don’t mix
- If a flavour runs out, be sure to replace it if possible, a fuller cabinet sells more stock
- Always use the silver Ice-cream scoops for serving
- There are 2 scoop jugs. The white one is for sorbets and the other for gelato. (clearly labelled)
- Return scoops to correct jugs after use
- Wash out and clean scoop jugs regularly
- Every scoop needs to be appox 60g each
